• Passport particulars (passport number, date of birth, nationality, expiry date) necessary for issuing airline tickets or visa submissions.
• Travel preferences, flight dates, hotel accommodation criteria, and special assistance requests.

2. How We Use Your Information

We strictly use your information to fulfill your requested travel arrangements, including issuing airline e-tickets through authorized Global Distribution Systems (GDS), lodging visa applications with respective immigration or visa processing centers, and confirming hotel and transport reservations.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties. Information is only disclosed to authorized travel service providers (airlines, hotel partners, embassies, visa submission centers like VFS/Gerry's, and the Saudi Ministry of Hajj & Umrah portals) as required to confirm your travel bookings.
